Guthrie police officers inspect a motorcycle in the crash on S. Division St.

Emergency crews responded to two separate vehicle crashes within minutes of each other on Monday afternoon in Guthrie.

The first crash occurred around 3:55 p.m. at South Division Street and Prairie Grove involving a Pathfinder and a motorcycle.

A Guthrie EMS ambulance happened to be nearby and radioed the call into dispatch. While details remain limited, early indications suggest the SUV may have caused the wreck. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Less than 30 minutes later, Guthrie crews were called to State Highway 33 just east of Academy Road, where one vehicle rear-ended another. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported in either crash, and there were no medical transports.
