United Way of Logan County announced its 2018 fundraising total during the annual Campaign Celebration event held last week. United Way raised $180,906 to be invested on behalf of donors to help meet the community’s health and human service needs.
“This is such a win for our community,” said Kristal Flury, United Way of Logan County board chair. “We surpassed our goal this year, which means there will be more money to help our Partner Agencies continue to provide life-changing programs for the citizens of Logan County.”
United Way of Logan County allocates donor dollars to 11 programs administered by 10 Partner Agencies. All programs are reviewed annually by donor volunteers to ensure contributions are properly invested with the highest level of accountability.
