Updated at 11:25 p.m. — After missing for 14 hours, Elaine Jackson has been found. Residents near David Payne Road notified law enforcement that she was found crawling on the ground.
She is talking with law enforcement and is upright.
EMS is en route to check on her medical condition.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office and other emergency groups are currently looking for missing 84-year-old Elaine Jackson.
Elaine, reported to have dementia went for a walk from her residence near Broadway and Highway 33.
She was wearing a red shirt and walking with a small dog that is black and white.
She went missing before noon.
