Guthrie Police and EMS were dispatched shortly after 5:00 am Tuesday morning on South Division for a one vehicle accident.
Upon arrival they found a white, Nissan four-door in the ditch in the 3200 block of South Division with a deployed air bag.
According to authorities, the vehicle was traveling north bound when it somehow lost control and first struck a mail box. The vehicle crossed the south bound lane and crashed into a ditch several feet off the road. In total, the victim traveled 647 feet from the mail box to the ditch.
The female driver was treated on the scene and later released with no transport.
