With the help of donations, Banner Park has six new trees to help showcase Guthrie’s newest park.
Deep Fork Tree Farm donated three Bald Cypress and three Lacebark Elm trees.
“(They) are going to add so much beauty and shade to the park,” a City spokesperson said.
A member of the City of Guthrie Forestry Board donated funds to help with the transportation of the trees.
