Kids and teens in Guthrie will be taking flight this weekend at the local airport.
“Young Eagles” will be providing flights to children between the ages of 8 and 17 on Saturday, September 24, 2011.
Beginning at 8 a.m. and running through 3 p.m., kids will be taking to the skies at the Guthrie-Edmond Regional Terminal.
Organizers say several vintage World War II airplanes will be on display, in addition to a variety of other aircraft.
Visitors can also enter to win a multitude of prize and enjoy food from vendors on site.
For more information, call the airport at (405) 282-2312.
