The Guthrie High School boys golf team recently took third place at the Elk City Boys Invitational.
Individually, senior Beau Dale and junior Devin Frey paced the Jays with both finishing in sixth place.
Helping pace the way for the Jays include senior Nathan Ames, senior Gavin Selanders and freshmen Britt Drake.
The Jays are coached by Ric Meshew, a Guthrie Hall of Fame member, plans to retire from the school district at the end of the year.
