Several things going on this Saturday, November 10th.  The Christmas Committee is having a Christmas Tree & Wreath Auction at the Carnegie Library at 6p.m. Admission is $10 which includes heavy appetizers. Just think if you come and bid on a tree you won’t have to pull yours out of the attic and decorate it!

The second Saturday in November since I can remember there has been a Art Walk. It is a progressive celebration of fine art, fun and food. Guthrie shops and galleries feature guest artists during a leisurely evening walkabout. Seven merchants will host the artists in their shops, other shop owners, better known as friends of the artists, will have their stores open as well. Stop by any of these locations to find the featured artists: G Gallery & Glass Studio, Heritage Collection, Aunt Gertrude’s House, Antique Gallery of Guthrie, Gallery Grazioso, Simply Oklahoma, and Carol Ann’s Boutique/Vencedora Designs.

Ever been interested in speaking Japanese? Now is your chance to learn! Join us for Japanese language classes each Saturday morning at 9:30 am. in the Guthrie Public Library.
