2009 Guthrie alum, Donte’ Foster, scored a 4th quarter touchdown in a 48-21 setback to Troy in the New Orleans Bowl.

Foster, who helped lead Guthrie to a football, two basketball, and three track state state  championships, scored on a five-yard slant over the middle for his first touchdown of the season. Foster had one other catch for 23-yards.

Foster, a redshirt freshmen, played in all 13 games and finished with nine catches and 151 yards. He averaged 17 yards a catch and his longest reception was 47-yards.

The Bobcats finish the season with an 8-5 season and are now 0-5 in bowl games.
