Freshmen Bryan Dutton and sophomore Landry Chappell were named to The Oklahoman’s All City Wrestling Team.
Both finished their season with three wins in the state wrestling meet and finished with third place finishes for head coach Jack O’Connor.
Dutton was named to the second team and Chappell was named honorable mention.
Dutton finished his freshmen campaign with an overall record of 35-5. The starting quarterback and middle infielder won three of four matches at State.
Chappell capped off his sophomore season with a 27-11 record. Chappell finished as the Jays leading tackler on the gridiron and is the everyday starting catcher on the ball diamond.
