3:19 p.m. — A second wreck with unknown injuries is being reported on Highway 74 at Charter Oak.
2:44 p.m. — Medical helicopter is on standby. Has not launched at this time.
2:42 p.m. — Highway 74 is shut down in both directions.
2:41 p.m. — A medical helicopter is being requested.
2:40 p.m. — The accident is going to involve a dump truck, an 18 wheeler and a car.
2:35 p.m. — One fatality is being reported at the scene.
2:30 p.m. — Emergency crews are on the scene of a fatality accident on Highway 74 and Waterloo. One other injured. Please avoid the area.
