Four children adopted into new families

With colorful balloons floating and excitement in the air, four children were adopted into two families on Monday afternoon.

Three children were adopted by one family and one child to another family.

The formal adoption ceremony, in front of Judge Luke Duel, took place on the front steps of the court house due to strict COVID-19 precautions inside the courtroom.
