Guthrie High School Assistant Principal Dusty Throckmorton was one of 25 administrators from across the state that completed and graduated from the Oklahoma State Department of Education “Lead to Succeed” program.
The program is to develop tomorrow’s Education Leaders in Public Schools by focusing on everything from instruction to community engagement.
“Proud of this guy. He is a rock star on our team,” Superintendent Dr. Mike Simpson said.
Throckmorton has spent the last 25 years in education. He’s been married for 21 years and has three daughters who all attend Guthrie Public Schools.
