The 2026 EMS Open Enrollment period is now active, and the City of Guthrie is encouraging eligible residents to sign up.
The enrollment link is available on the City of Guthrie website, providing easy access for households within the EMS response district.
City officials note that this program is separate from the Fire Subscription service residents may have used in previous years. To qualify, participants must live within the EMS response area and have active health insurance at the time of enrollment.
The subscription covers all individuals permanently residing in a household for the entire year.
If EMS services are required, the program ensures that only the resident’s insurance provider is billed. The cost of the annual subscription is $100, and anyone who enrolls now will receive coverage for all of December at no additional charge.
Residents with questions can email Deputy Chief Braden at bbraden@cityofguthrie.com or Chief Lausen at dlausen@cityofguthrie.com. Additional assistance is available through the membership team at 800-814-5339.
City officials also emphasized that the program does not include treatment-no-transport services.
