Guthrie Football to host annual Jr. Jays Football Camp in May

The Guthrie High School football program will host its annual Jr. Jays Football Camp on May 12-13 at the Clay Tarter Complex (practice field).

Led by head coach Kelly Beeby and his coaching staff, the camp is designed to help young athletes develop fundamental football skills in a structured and energetic environment.

The two-day camp will run from 4 – 5:45 p.m. each day, with check-in scheduled from 3:30 to 4 p.m.

The cost to attend is $25, which includes camp instruction as well as a T-shirt and drinks. Participants are asked to wear shorts, a T-shirt, and athletic shoes.

The goal of the camp is to provide quality instruction while creating a positive and enthusiastic experience for young athletes.

The registration deadline is April 24, although athletes will still be allowed to attend and pay on the first day of camp. A second T-shirt order will be made for late registrants.

Campers must be pre-registered to receive their T-shirt on the first day. Registration forms require parent or guardian consent.

Beeby and his staff look forward to working with the next generation of Bluejays as preparations begin for the 2026 season.
