A Guthrie man is being charged with first degree rape of a minor. He made his initial court appearance on Tuesday inside the Logan County Courthouse.
The alleged attack is said to have happen last month on Nov. 29.
According to court papers, Leroy Dewayne Unruh, 21, committed rape in the first degree by instrumentation on a minor without consent.
No other details have been released.
The judge set bond at $50,000. Unruh is expected to be back in court on Jan. 23 and is not to have contact with the victim.
The crime is punishable by imprisonment for not less than five years to life without parole.
