RIP STATED THAT HER BOYFRIEND THREW HER CHILDS BICYCLE INTO THEIR WINDOW SHATTERING THE GLASS. REPORT TAKEN.
2015 HRS 600 BLK W WARNER VANDALISM 20130673 OFF. SWARTZBAUGH
VICTIM HAD REAR TIRES CUT ON HIS TRUCK. HAPPENED BETWEEN 2000 AND 2015 HRS. A FIGHT
ENSUED BTWEEN VCTIM AND PERSON HE BELIEVED CUT THE TIRES. VICTIM OF THAT WAS GIVEN A BLUE CARD.
