Culinary Arts student Kyle Hunter lived out every aspiring chef’s dream as a participant in Odyssey de Culinaire, a fundraising event sponsored by the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
The event pairs top chefs from across the state with students pursuing careers in Culinary Arts.
The Guthrie and Meridian Technology Center student worked with Patrick Clark II, chef at The Red Cup in Oklahoma City.
Together they prepared the first course of the evening, salad nicoise that included Lyonnaise style cashew cream cheese, fresh radishes, salad nicoise and fine herbs.
The proceeds from the event support students across the state who use the ProStart curriculum in their culinary program.
