Guthrie banker Jed Waggoner has joined F&M Bank in Guthrie as Vice President, according to Barry Anderson, F&M Chief Operations Officer.
“We’re delighted to have Jed as part of our team,” said Anderson. “He has an excellent reputation and a strong portfolio of experience and expertise.
“He began his career with F&M in Guthrie when it was Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1998 so we’re happy to welcome him back”, Anderson said.
A life-long resident of Guthrie, Waggoner has over 15 years of local community banking experience. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science and Agricultural Economics, Marketing and Business. He is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association’s schools of Commercial and Consumer Lending.
An active member of this community, Waggoner and his wife Amber, have four daughters, Emilee, Annie, Molly and Maggie. They live on their farm west of Guthrie where they manage a small cattle operation. They attend Community Church in Guthrie.
F&M Bank was founded in 1902 as Farmers and Merchants Bank and has grown to eight locations in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Guthrie, Piedmont, Crescent and Kingfisher.
