Jurors needed just over two hours to find Nathan Leforce guilty of first degree murder of Logan County Sheriff Deputy David Wade.
With the conviction, Leforce now faces the death penalty. The same 12 jurors that found him guilty of all three crimes charged will decide his fate.

Deputy Wade was seen on his own body cam being shot at seven times with four bullets striking the deputy on April 18, 2017 by Leforce. A bullet to the face ultimately resulted in his death at a Oklahoma City hospital.
Along with the first degree murder conviction, Leforce, 47, was found guilty of larceny of a motor vehicle after a former felony conviction and first-degree armed robbery after a former conviction.
He was known as a drug dealer and user in his hometown of Perry. A Payne County jail psychologist said LeForce told her that he had been on meth every day for two months leading up to the shooting.
The Leforce defense team told jurors he was in a meth-induced psychosis at the time of the shooting.
Phase two, the sentencing hearing, will begin Wednesday morning. The prosecution will be seeking the death penalty.
All twelve jurors must agree on the death penalty to be handed down. If one juror selects life in prison, the death penalty is ruled out.
