Logan County Assessor introduces free online public records search

Logan County Assessor Mary Murphey has announced that the county will display its real property records for free on actDataScout.com. Users can search more than 30 fields stemming from detailed property records, view property cards, and map selected parcels.

The county has entered into an agreement with DataScout, LLC, a GovTech applications development firm and web-based data solutions provider, to host and maintain the website and the real estate records at actDataScout.com.

The website is designed as an informational portal for the Logan County Assessor’s office. Murphey said she wanted to offer a user-friendly, quick, and reliable site the public could use to access property information online and on mobile devices. She believes the technology of actDataScout.com provides this.

Perhaps the most useful additions to the site are related to the online real estate records.

The ‘Public’ search is significantly enhanced to keep up with technological advancements. The search features associated with the ‘Public’ version fulfill the needs of most of the website users. The ‘Pro’ search, geared towards the real estate professional, has added over 25 new search fields and access to the DataScout OneMap viewer, which displays an aerial view of property boundaries, with information concerning each parcel, where available.
