Logan County Free Fair returns September 3-6 with rodeo, carnival, and more

The Logan County Free Fair is back this year from September 3-6, offering a variety of events and activities for the whole family. The fair promises rodeos, carnival games, competitions, live demonstrations, and plenty of food and fun at the Logan County Fairgrounds.

The schedule includes:

Wednesday: Barrel racing at 7:00 p.m.


Thursday: Carnival games from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Farmhand Olympics from 5:30-8:30 p.m., and Ranch Rodeo at 7:00 p.m.


Friday: 4-H interactive demonstrations from 4:00-7:00 p.m., vendor booths from 5:00-8:00 p.m., carnival games from 5:00-8:00 p.m., homemade pie/cake and decorated cupcake contest from 6:30-8:00 p.m., rabbit and poultry show at 6:30 p.m., and rodeo at 7:00 p.m.


Saturday: Cowboy flea market from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., livestock show from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., chili cook-off from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., carnival games from 1:00-6:00 p.m., cornhole tournament from 3:00-6:00 p.m., rodeo at 7:00 p.m., and a free dance from 8:00-11:00 p.m.

Food trucks will be on site Thursday and Friday from 1:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

In addition to the scheduled events, attendees can enter indoor competitions such as sewn items, canned goods, arts and crafts, horticulture, and more. For more information, contact the Logan County Extension Office at 405-282-3331 or email Karlie.n.thomason@okstate.edu.
