A man has been given a $50,000 bond after being charged with two counts of taking clandestine videos. The victim of the alleged crimes is reported to be a minor.
After an investigation, including of a digital analysis of a mobile phone and tablet, Roland Ray Butler, 60, was arrested and booked into the Logan County Jail after a warrant was issued on Dec. 17.
Deputies were called out to a Logan County home after receiving a report of a man possibly recording a minor taking a shower.
After reviewing the evidence, investigators report Butler could be seen looking into the camera, walking down a hallway and placing the device under a door.
The second video, once again, shows Butler looking into the camera and placing the camera under a door, according to court papers.
The investigator reported in each video a victim can be seen.
The videos were recorded on two separate days back in May.
Butler, who is believed not to be a Logan County resident, was formally arraigned on Dec. 18 and is scheduled back in court on Jan. 28.
