A Guthrie man is being accused of multiple sexual crimes of a minor for a time period of over four years.
Timothy Wayne Woods, 39, is facing three serious charges, including rape in the first degree, lewd molestation and forcible oral sodomy of a child.
According to court papers, Woods performed a sexual act on a child, who was under the age of 10, in 2016.
In another alleged sexual act, Woods is alleged to have forced the victim to touch his penis and that he touched the child in a lewd and lascivious manner.
The time period of the alleged crimes took place sometime between 2016 and May 2019.
Woods was formally arraigned on Thursday in front of Judge Susan Worthington. Bond was set at $250,000.
The crimes are punishable, if found guilty, from a range of five years up to life in prison without parole.
Online records show Woods remained in the Logan County Jail as of Friday afternoon.
