A superb effort by Reed Roberts carried Bluejays to a 12-1 win in five innings over Southeast on Monday at Squires.
Reed rocked Southeast with two home runs. Reed went 2-3 in the game with four RBIs and two runs scored. Reed homered in the first and first innings.
Bluejays’ bats came to life in the first inning. Southeast had no answer as Bluejays scored 10 runs.
Camden Wilcott recorded the win for Bluejays. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out four, walked none and surrendered four hits.
Home runs for Bluejays came when Zane Maltz homered in the first inning, Reed homered in the first innings, and Camden homered in the first inning.
Luna took the loss for Southeast. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed no runs.
