Sheriff officials are wanting to question a man of interest in the recent kidnapping, robbery and assault of a victim earlier this week.
Jorge Luis “Big Boy” Martinez
Det. Greg Valencia with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office says they are searching for Jorge Luis “Big Boy” Martinez, 26.
Martinez is described as being a Hispanic Male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 275 pounds and has numerous tattoos all over his body.
Martinez has two outstanding Logan County warrants for his arrest in reference to traffic offenses and obstructing a police officer.
Investigators say the motivation behind the kidnapping and beating was unwelcome advances of the victim to the girlfriend of one of the suspects. The victim took blows to his head while being detained at knife-point.
Michael Chester Robinson Jr. was arrested on kidnapping, robbery, assault, firearm and drug related charges. Related story: Man kidnapped and beaten; arrest made
