Opening Night ceremonies and the Lighted Christmas Parade is drawing closer and you still have time to participate.

The Territorial Christmas Committee will conduct opening ceremonies and will be capped off with the Lighted Christmas Parade on Dec. 1. Activities will begin at 6 p.m.

The parade will begin in front of the Guthrie Junior High School and will conclude at the Post Office.
Also on the night, The 2013 Territorial Governor will be introduced. The candidates are incumbent Steve Bowers, Chuck Burtcher, Dan Newton and Billy Wheeler.
Participants are still needed for the light parade and can sign up by calling (405) 282-1947 or (405) 715-1616.
