Guthrie police were called to the 700 block of North Wentz St. on Wednesday morning after a vehicle struck a home just after 9 a.m.
According to a report, the driver of a truck swerved to avoid hitting a cat, lost control, and struck a telephone pole. The truck then hit a parked car in the driveway, pushing it into the front porch of the home.
The truck was towed from the scene. The roadway was temporarily blocked while crews removed the truck and cleared the scene.
No injuries were reported, and the extent of the property damage is unknown.
