The engine compartment of a 250 Ford King Ranch caught fire Tuesday afternoon.
The Guthrie Fire Department responded to the intersection of Pine St. and Oklahoma Ave. just after 4 p.m.
Firefighters were able to keep the flames to the engine area.
The driver was able to escape safely.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
