Two people were rescued Saturday evening by Guthrie firefighters after a vehicle left the roadway.
Crews responded to Airport Road just before 6:30 p.m. for a one-vehicle crash.
The vehicle appears to have taken a wide turn on Airport Road after leaving a local business. As a result, the vehicle left the roadway, turned on its (passenger) side, and into a drainage ditch with just above ankle-deep water.
Firefighters secured the vehicle and entered the vehicle and assisted two people safely out.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
