The Woodcrest Fire Department was presented with an award by the Association of General Contractors Oklahoma (AGCOK). The award is for Woodcrest’s new fire station, which was completed in 2018.
The project was recognized as being Best Project (Less Than $5 Million Category) in the state of Oklahoma built in 2018.
“We are extremely surprised and grateful for this award. We would like to thank the AGCOK for the recognition and to Lippert Brothers Construction for their work on a helping make a dream a much needed reality,” Fire Chief Luke Young said.
This award is selected by various members of the AGCOK.
“A big thanks to our WCFD Board of Directors who had the vision and faith we could make it happen. Our goal from the start was to make a facility the people of SE Logan County would see and be proud of along with those who serve for many years to come,” Young said.
