As United Way’s 2014 Annual Campaign approaches year-end, individual and corporate donors are encouraged to help reach the $202,014 campaign goal by making their tax-deductible contributions to the United Way of Logan County. Monies raised will provide funding for human and health-related programs offered by local partner agencies to meet the needs of individuals, families and the community.
Last year United Way of Logan County addressed some of the toughest needs facing these constituents by investing in various programs dedicated to disaster response and tackling issues such as feeding the hungry, giving every child a chance to succeed, freeing people from addictions and many other successful programs. With this same approach, United Way will invest its 2014 campaign funds, on behalf of its donors, with partner agencies to advance the common good and mobilize the caring power of communities in the coming year.
“We are grateful to have generous donors who give to support programs offered by our 10 partner agencies,” said Sereniah Breland, Campaign Chair of United Way of Logan Country. “We have a strong group of agencies that provide incredible programs that truly make a difference in people’s lives. With many accessing the services of one or more agencies, it goes to show that the impact United Way of Logan County has on our community goes a long way.”
