Zane Seifert was named Guthrie Public Schools’ Student of the Month for the month of March. He was nominated by his Guthrie Upper Elementary School teachers.
Zane, a fifth-grade student, was nominated for his commitment, dedication, and persistence.
“Zane is a consistent young man, his teacher Tammy Adams said. “He works hard in every aspect of his daily life.”
She says Zane is a leader in the classroom and outside of school.
“He is a role model student and an outstanding student.”
Zane enjoys sports, friends, and success.
The district-wide student of the month program is sponsored locally by Foundation Insurance.
Blake Wimsey with Foundation Insurance presented Mason with a $50 Walmart gift card and spoke to the classroom about insurance.
This is the fifth year of the program that honors students for their character traits.
