The Oklahoma ’89er Committee is set to begin working on the 2017 event that is witness by thousands. The committee is offering an invitation to join them at their next informal “brain-storming” session.
We will be meeting on June 20, Monday at 6 p.m.,” David Wolek said in a statement.
“A simple light supper will be served. If you are possibly interested in seeing a new idea or just revamping an old idea brought to the event — think about joining us. We will be meeting in the American Legion Hall at 123 N. 1st Street.”
Wolek finished by saying, “Hope you will think about joining us, it might be fun for you.”
