Local attorney arrested for second time in 10 months

Bookmark and Share

A Guthrie attorney was arrested in his home on Easter Sunday.

Jay Trenary, who turned 42-years-old on the day of his arrest, was brought into the Guthrie Police Department for disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and obstructing an officer. All three are classified as misdemeanors.

He was arrested at his residence on East Mansur.

Trenary appeared in front of Special Judge R.L. Hert Jr. Monday afternoon for his arraignment inside the Logan County Courthouse.

Trenary, who was seen wearing a white neck brace, a sling on his right arm and a wrap along his left wrist, requested the judge for a jury trial now. He also requested that they go outside and find the first six citizens to hold the jury trial.

The State of Oklahoma requested a $20,000 bond. However, the judge ordered a personal recognized (PR) bond instead. The PR bond represents that no bail money is needed, but a promise to show up for the May 10th hearing.

Trenary stated he was not a flight risk and that the court system knew of him. The judge agreed he was not a flight risk and that he would appear.

According to court papers, Trenary willfully and or maliciously disturbed the peace by yelling at extreme volume obscenities, threats of legal and other actions, all in the hearing of others.

As officers attempted to arrest Trenary he is alleged to not have obey officer’s orders with physical force. The officer eventually gained control with force and put him in the patrol unit.

Tenary requested he be taken to the local hospital. Once leaving the hospital, according to records, Trenary refused to be handcuffed, walk to the police unit, sit normally in a wheel chair and refused to sit in the patrol car until he was forced into the unit by an officer.

The weekend arrest comes less than a year when Trenary was taken into custody for domestic abuse on his victim, identified as his girlfriend, and obstructing an officer. Both crimes labeled as misdemeanors but can carry a bail bond of up to $50,000. The case is still in the court system waiting to be heard.

Trenary took part in the Occupy OKC, a toned down version of the Wall Street protests that took place in downtown OKC. He is also a court appointed attorney for one of the suspects in the pharmacist Jerome Ersland case in Oklahoma City.

  1. Good picture of Trenary, hope this young man can get his problems taken care of.

I am the eledged victim of the assault and battery charge against Mr. Trenary. It is a false claim. Jay did not harm me physically. I have begged the city to stop ruining my life. I didn’t even need or want police involvement. It has taken 10 months to get a fair trial in Logan County. It typically takes less than a month to handle such issues in a small county like Logan. The whole process has been corrupt. My civil rights were violated multiple times by the Guthrie Police Department last May when I was supposed to be the person they were there to help. For the record, Alisia LeClair called the police to my home that night too. She calls 911 constantly for attention. The woman was EOD a month prior to Jay’s first arrest. She is crazy and she is a drug addict. Please note that if you want to report the news, you better get the facts right. I will sue you without hesitation if I read one more bit of false reporting.

    • lindsey, I saw the bruises on you and all over you. Both your eyes were black. Are you saying that he didn’t do that after telling me that he did?

    • Douglas Stillwater | April 9, 2012 at 7:52 pm | Reply

Really Lindsey? I remember your going to many many people telling a much different story of the tyrant who beat you, used drugs, and was very evil. I think his record is starting to catch up with him. You even told e he attacked your parents as well and is constantly drugged out. I have an idea? Why doesn’t the court system drug test their agents of the court? If he beat you once, he will beat you again! Or worse! Why did his attorney bail on his pending court case? I live in the neighborhood he got arrested in. He sounded like a wailing baby…..my rights..my rights….his cussing was one of the worst I ever heard. But what I won’t forget is his balling like a baby….his weeping…

Lindsey I was you in the past. Making up stories… saying he didn’t hurt me after I had confessed to people that he did and then became afraid of his retaliation. You deserve better. Get out.

      • Lindsey, I am with “past relationship”. GET OUT! This is a dangerous man and he has been for a long time. This guy will end up in jail and taking you with him. You and alisha have both made comments to several that marijana is not the only substance he uses. He also uses cocaine. I was talking to a gentleman who is working on the house an he indicated grinders used for crack was found in the basement and turned over to authorities. If I were you two girls I would leave and not look back. He will take you down and use you like a pawn to get out of trouble. I have been around many years and can tell you that this is a man who is self-consumed and dangerous.

    • Hey Lindsay. If you ran a law office you would know how to spell. Alledged. You must be Trenary trained. (well we know you are. He kicks and beats you and you come back like a scared puppy)

    • It came out in court that you told her to call 911. She was EOD when she was getting ready to take an alleve for a migraine. You do know they tested her and that wasn’t even in her system because she didn’t have enough time to take it. It was a miscommunication. No drugs at all.
      You need to stop.
You tell people this is your husband one week and then accuse anyone Jay talks to as home wreckers. You need to stay in your own town.

I know Jay from working at the Logan County Courthouse and my experience from working with him is that he is very professional and a very polite man. I don’t have any idea at all about Jay’s legal troubles but I do hope everything gets straighten out for him.

    • Lindsey Young | April 9, 2012 at 5:19 pm | Reply

Thanks Christy! We appreciate your support.

I reckon Christy works for Mr. Trenary.

      • Christy Barker | April 9, 2012 at 8:55 pm | Reply

Actually no I don’t work for Jay. I worked at the courthouse until October 2010 and I worked for Judge Brooks. Jay was the attorney that handled the cases for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System and I often saw him at the courthouse. He was always nice and respectful when I saw him and handled himself well in the courtroom. He was also kind to me when I lost my son.
I don’t know anything about his legal troubles as these all happen after I left my work at the courthouse.

  4. Look here lady, don’t be getting on here and threating to sue anyone because it’s not going to happen. All the info in the articles have came straight from the police reports! And since the information is from the police reports, the United States Constitution protects the rights to publish this article. So it sounds like your beef is with the GPD. And you should not be accusing anyone of being a drug addict, how do we not know your crazy and a drug addict? Which it sounds like you are a little crazy!

    • Wow sounds like u know this girl. I am sure she appreciates ur reply

    • Lindsey Young | April 9, 2012 at 5:23 pm | Reply

It is a crime when the police report was altered falsely. My rights as an American citizen were totally abused. They forced me to make a report under false pretenses and took illegal photographs of me against my will. Crazy? How would you feel if I was your daughter and someone had been ruining her life for a year? Give me a break!

      • Douglas Stillwater | April 9, 2012 at 7:45 pm | Reply

        Ms. Young,
I live in Guthrie and am glad the police force is not who you say they are. I respect them and am glad they uphold the law in an ethical and respectful way. How dare you make a false allegation!!! Get away from that evil man and repent!!! NOW!

      • Lindsey I was there when you had to leave Jay’s house and you walked to go meet your dealer. And you say who is on drugs?

Mr. Leehan. I saw your reply earlier. It was wonderful. Why was it removed. You are a wonderful Christian man! God bless you sir. Will you come to the neighborhood and pray sir?

  5. i heard his screaming and yelling clear up at my house one blk away, and went down to see whats going on, well they had him in hand cuffs up against the car, but befor this i saw the police be very cautiouse and as polite to him, i would of not bee
n so patient myself. he was screaming what about me what about my rights, well from what i saw he had all his rights taken care of, they the police were very profesional. for a man that has a degree in law and is for the rights of others and for womens abuse right as his page says, i think a degree in common sesnse was skipped. he could do so much for others but like most over privelidged he is headed to a hard life doing hard time and wasting a degree in life. this is my opionon and my first amendment right to speak as well as bear arms, im now leaving my soap box and any comments can be made to someone who cares…

    • Douglas Stillwater | April 9, 2012 at 8:00 pm | Reply

Mike, I know you and you are a fine young man. You help everyone in the neighborhood and are a true gentleman and Christian man!! I live a few doors down from you on Broad. I too heard the screaming of what I thought was a man being molested. It was a horrible noise. 65 years ago I heard a similar noise from a man who was shot on the battlefield in WW11 where I served. That man died of his wounds serving his country….this Trenary man should be ashamed of his wickedness and lack of feelings for his neighborhood. Question. If he doesn’t live in the brown house anymore, why is he still in the neighborhood causing problems???? Is his girlfriend still there local? Across the street I hear. Is that the Alisha girl? And you Ms. Lindsey, you should be ashamed of yourself using such language and hiking your skirt up!! Shame on you!! Shame on you!!!

      • Douglas,
Alisha has never dated Jay ever. They were friends he went to her house because he had court the next day here in town and he llives in Blackwell. She was doing him a favor. Lindsey is just out of her mind. Lindsey lives in Chandler with her parents.

        • Mary Jenkins | May 12, 2012 at 5:40 pm | Reply

Annoyed, are you a Christian? Why dont we know your name? I believe Alisha did at one time had an affair with Jay. Also think Lindsay is just is not right in the head. Mr. trenary is plain evil. Heck ya. Plain evil.

Lindsey, I was in a coffee shop when I overheard you tell your story to at least 3 people. I remember it vividly. You spoke how Mr. Trenary beat you and broke two ribs. How is was an unethical attorney and was a very dangerous man. You also mentioned he was on drugs and got his supply from another attorney….

      • Yes and you also said that you were going to go to his house and steal paper work for some of the people at the county jail since Jay beat you up. Which time I am not sure. Were you even on that lease?

  7. Lindsey Young | April 9, 2012 at 5:32 pm | Reply

I run a law office. I have nothing to hide. I help my community and pay taxes. I am no drug addict. I am simply a woman who is tired of being thrown under the bus by people whom I have never met. Do you have kids Mike? Maybe she will run a member of your family over in a pill haze or have someone you care about falsely accused of a crime and then you will feel differently. Alisia even stole my clotng! She is slim!

  8. Lindsey Young | April 9, 2012 at 5:34 pm | Reply

    Clothing she is slime*

    • She didn’t steal your clothes. You want me to go pick up the little box you left and take it to the police station and drop it off???? Oh I forgot don’t you have a warrant for your arrest or am I mistaken about that also?

  9. Lindsey Young | April 9, 2012 at 5:40 pm | Reply

By the way Mike, you need not comment on other’s affairs when you have no business doing so. You are obviously not smart enough to write a coherent statement, so what the Hell could you know about the law? I am bending over so you can get a nice view of my ass to kiss!

  10. Well my third grade education got me through college and a degree in eng, i am also retired with a good pension, and i dont belive your ass would suit a monkey mounting you. so i am not going to respond to any more of you remarks now knowing what kind of person you are. well god bless you and adios.

  11. O by the way i do have kids and they are awsom and doing well in life. i have lost friends and family to accidents by drunk drivers causeing the death of my brother in law, so dont preach to me about anything. You havent got the life long experience i do unless you are 55 or older. im not perfect but i do know the truth and i say how it is and yes i saw the whole incident involving the arrest. I will say no more just wish you a safe life lindsy and do well with everything you do, life goes fast we need to live the best we can so others will learn from our mistakes and expeiences we have in life, we are teachers to the younger generation so lets teach them well, im mike and i am told i have a third grade education ! lol:)

You know Lindsey, we saw everything that happened and the police records are completely true…we have more info than you do so you cannot defend someone if you weren’t there…so don’t show your youth and and nativity by saying it’s not true, He (JT) was acting like a complete ass and he’s lucky he was let out of jail, there is little kids right around where he was pitching such an immature fit…actually I have never seen a man act so childish in my life and I’m 58, I don’t want to live near a person who needs big time mental help (I hope he doesn’t hurt you, if he does you are the dummy allowing it) he needs meds or something other than he seems to be taking…I hope he is gone for good from our neighborhood..we have been praying for awhile now for the Lord to clean up that street and it appears that He is! Yah! Life is short and my hubby Mike and I have been around the block a few times so we can only hope you all listen to Him in your hearts and fix your lives…

Mr and Mrs Wilson. I would tell you that responding to Ms. Young would be the wrong thing to do. She is obviously still with Mr. Trenary and in deep trouble. I would imagine they both are somewhat dangerous…..Be careful. As long as they both left your neighborhood, count that a HUGE blessing. I am too a Christian and will get my church praying for the neighborhood, for Jay and Lindsey to receive Christ and that they neither one can do no more destruction. They are obviously very ILL.

  13. You obviously are crazy

I don’t know about the rest of you but I am 86 years old. Just looking at this man here and hearing his screams and cries for help the other day makes me ill. Look at those soulless eyes! Haven’t I seen him on the news before? Was’t he arrested before for the same thing? Shame on you you shameless young man! I hope our Lord and Savior saves you before you end up giving up on life or hurting another young girl. Worse is spending an eternity gnashing your teeth in the lake of fire! And please don’t tell me you are a christian and acting that way……I don’t believe it. Repent and save yourself from HELL!!!!!!!

My My Lindsey. I find you replies wicked. I live in the neighborhood and am repulsed by the activity and noises I heard from your direction. Please cry out for help. Surely you know someone who isn’t mean and hurtful. Please fall to your knees and repent! FALL! NOW! FALL! Please act more ladylike and don’t swear. Praise Jesus! Amen!

    • You really aught to read your Bible again. I know Jesus and I’ve met Lindsey… and while she and I are not friends, I’d rather spend a day with her then another minute reading this garbage you call witnessing. You might want to fall on your own knees and ask Jesus to teach you about compassion. Shame on you and the rest of the so called brothers and sister in the Lord who are acting like a bunch of stuck up pharisees. I’m afraid to even ask where you all fellowship so I don’t make the mistake of visiting there in my search for a home church.

  20. by the way… I moved from Guthrie to get a new start in life… that town is drug-infested……

  21. Wow, unbelievable. I am a misionary, an ordained clergy and an absoluely sold out, blood bought and spirit filled believer and lover of Jesus the Christ. I know Jay Trenary personally, and I know him to be a person of good character who has been nothing but kind to my family and me since the day I met him. He, being a human being is not without his faults, but then has anyone walked this world without fault besides my beautiful Savior Jesus? The comments on this thread in my mind, would make Him sick in his heart. Regardless of Mr Trenary and Miss Young’s issues, drama or need for anything from help to twinkies, (and yes, I am very much aware of their drama and issues) they are deserving of kindness and grace from you of all ppl, claiming to pray for your neighborhood and for their salvation. Before you pick at the speck in the eye of one of the most accepting and loving people I have known since I moved to this state, perhaps you should take care of the telephone pole sticking out of your own eye. And while you all are praying for your neighborhood – which I have visited and felt no sense that any group of people have been inviting the same Jesus who saved my soul to inhabit – start at your own address first.

Thank you Heidi for posting the first truly Christian comment I have seen on this thread. I have known Jay for over 15 years and while I don’t claim to have any personal knowledge of these circumstances, I stand by my friend against what seems to me to be a complete bastardization of the message of a compassionate, forgiving, and all-inclusive Jesus.

      • My pleasure, those comments made me want to vomit. John 3:16 IS all inclusive, and it looks like someone forgot that there is a 3:17:: For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him. (that’s from the amplified version just in case they need clarification…) I have no idea what happened over the weekend, but I will stand by my friend no matter what – especially after reading this.

Well, Jay, there ya go son.,..there are two of your jurors…. wait, one of them is you and the other one, well, who knows. I must go to bed, God bless you all and good night!!! BTW, if you last two commentators lived in the neighborhood and saw for your own eyes the destruction and behaviors….you would recount your comments and wonder why he acts the way he does. The whole police department, many, many witnesses, a sheriff’s deputy, neighbors, and all of Guthrie is wrong and the poor gentleman is so wrongly treated….I don’t buy that young lady!

    • Ms. Jenkins, you know even less about me then you do about the Love of Jesus, so you don’t know that i would recant anything. After doing over 10 years of prison ministry and missions work, I’ve met and prayed with some of the filthiest scum on earth – I highly doubt anything that happened on your block could be comparable. I wasn’t there as I said, and I have no idea what happened. Regardless what he’s done, the comments on this thread were hypocritical and embarrassing to me as a Believer. Way to win a person over to the precious Jesus whose Resurrection we celebrated yesterday.

    • you can take that up with Yeshua… He said it not me.

Matthew 7:3-5 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

Who are you calling a hillbilly Mr. Wilson!!!! I take offense. I graduated from the 9th grade, served my country as riviting sheet metal making planes in WW1 and lost a leg saving a child from certain death as that child fell into a well. I lost my leg as I reached down the shaft to grab lil suzzie a brown recluse spider bit me and rotted my left leg off. It was a painful and long journey to health, but, well worth the overcoming. PRAISE JESUS. I have lost 5 husbands due to various accidents and am still walking the neighbor hood picking up aluminum cans to feed myself. I don’t mooch off no one….Mr. wilson, do you have earrings in both your ears? Back in my day, only women had earrings. Does that mean you are a member of a street gang?

    Heidi:
If you are clergy, I am a young woman. The bible also says have no fellowship with darkness, bad company corrupts good morals, homosexuality is worthy of death, women shouldn’t preach, many will say Lord, Lord…Many honor me with their lips but are far from me…….
Heidi, I can see why you are searching for a church home.

    • It wouldn’t have anything to do with the fact that I am new to the area… oh, ok. This attitude you have… this is why I so loved the mission field. I’ll take a lunch of moldy rice at the leper colony over this any day.

  26. Oh but how the wheels of justice turn…….especially when you think beause you work in the legal system that nothing can touch you……better check again

  27. I have a suggestion, if I may.

I am the accused. Although I cannot discuss the facts of the case, no matter how badly I would like to, prudence dictated that I must wait until my day in court to respond to the specific allegations.

So here is my suggestion. Rather than this inane bickering, why don’t we all just come to the trial? It’s April 24th (that’s a Tuesday) in the Logan County Courthouse in Guthrie, America.

Lindsey will be testifying as well as the other young lady from across the street. I’ll be there too.

Come listen to ALL the facts and make up your own mind about me, and the issue of my innocence. Sure, it’s more fun and much easier to engage in character assasination from behind a computer screen whist kicking back in one’s easy chair. However I think all of us would agree that the police and media do not always get the facts straight, and no one ever gets them 100% right. Moreover it is awefully hard to package the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth into a peppy 9 second sound bite. Likewise one cannot summarize the entire situation based upon only a brief glimpse into the whole. That’s like saying you know what the whole jig-saw picture is based upon only a few pieces.

Hate my guts (based upon rumor, hearsay, a 9 second sound bite)? Then watch me get what’s commin’ to me when the DA delivers a blistering cross-examination upon me.

Love me to pieces? Come watch me clear my name.

Feel somewhere in between about me? Oh, wait, I think you either Love me or hate me. Not too much in between. For those few in this category, come decide which group you belong to.

I am not the demon some want to make me out to be, nor am I a saint. I’m just a man. Period, plain and simple. I have sinned, I do sin, and I probably will continue to sin – like every other human. I do good deeds and I have shortcomings. But this is true of all humans to varying degrees.

Please be patient and understanding as the three of us work thru this difficult place we have found ourselves. Try to find forgiveness for all of us and let us work our way along our respective paths in life.

I would be happy to talk to any of you. Yes, even you Michael Leehan, you crazy ex-satanist, you. However, as I have said before, I cannot discuss the facts of the case until jury trial. If you can’t make it to the trial, hit me up afterwords.

Now, I’ll step back and see how many flaming responses I get.

    In peace and Love,

    -JET

    • Absolutely; I will ask for the day of when I go to work tomorrow. Praying His will for you, and everyone else involved.

  28. The bland, ill-presented concept of Truth and Love by several individuals here who feign understanding is something only to marvel at. Heidi quotes scripture to create a veil of ‘heightened existence’… the ‘telephone pole’ and ‘plank’ in the eyes of others…her works as a ‘missionary’ and ‘ordained clergy’ … yes doesn’t the same Word that she quotes speak of not one of us being good? Not one? Yet she judges ‘sinners’ as ‘filth’ and ‘scum of the earth’, but she is better because her ‘sins’ are more palatable … to who? to God? Does sin separate us from the Father or only the sins that Heidi finds dreadfully dark? Not to say that she is not on the correct path in terms of her activity, but ones heart must reflect love, not judgment. If one is praying with ‘scum of the earth’, is that an expression of love or judgment. Sounds like judgment. Didn’t she say ‘we are not to judge’?

And to the theatrical actor, the accused. It doesn’t take long to recognize this is nothing but a performance on a stage, and the Truth is far from you sir. The law that you attempt to use to profess character by what can and can’t be proven in written, imperfect doctrines by imperfect men is a disgusting prostitution of the concept of justice which many who came long before you died for. Who would you give your life for sir? Your post has the unmistakable aroma of immeasurable arrogance. It was nothing more than a concocted press release. The facts that will be shared at your ‘day in court’ are a distorted sliver of the entire picture, yet that is what you desire.

Lindsey…(if all responses by this young lady are read in their entirety)…you seem to be lost and searching for self awareness and a sense of identity. You will never find it as a pawn and will never gain self respect by attacking and accusing. Your willingness to defend another without merit will never provide you with the unconditional acceptance and love that you truly deserve. You are equally deceiving to yourself and sadly, this will lead to further desolation in every sense of your being. The worst lies are those you tell yourself. Stop.

Yes Ruth, your so correct in your statement. We place ourselves in categories above others thinking we shouldn’t get caught, that we won’t get caught. But we should. And we will, your comment was one of the wisest here this evening. Thank you for your simplicity.

Many of us here this evening posted. Why? Who benefits from the words we spew out of our mouth in reaction to emotion, or in trying to create a diversion to prevent others from seeing who we truly are. If in our hearts we wanted to share something that gives life to another then we have done something worth our time. If not, we should try to do so next time. Who am I to make a statement? Just a person with words, just like each of you.

Very interesting, though not surprising, story about some issues that have been a problem for Jay for decades. Maybe this will finally convince him to get the long term help he has needed for some time to conquer his rage. I hope so for his sake and those he will get involved with in the future.
Lindsey, get out and stay out for your own physical and mental health. Multiple calls to the police in your relationship and a long past with his previous relationships whether police were called or not. Just look at you facebook wall…. 5 times you guys have because friends/unfriended in just over a year????? This is not a stable relationship. Some people depend on drama to keep a.relationship going. 1 makes a relationship impossible. 2 such people makes it dangerous.

  29. mary! what the are you talking about! i reffered nothing to you, i thought the whole thing was hillbilly not any person , read again please, i dont know half of what you are saying. hey i served my country in the army so i dont take kindly to bad remarks or silly things about the services and yes i do have rings in both ears one is to remeber my brother in law killed by a drunk driver and the other is because im kinda a hippie i guess, ive done well in life and i guess my only coplaints are coffee is to expensive and some times folks talk out their asses sometimes! including me but wow i feel all this is like talking to aliens because its gone from neighbor hood att getting arrested to preaching antics to earings in sixty seconds, all in all as humans we crack me up … love to all and to all whatever ! LOL 🙂

Allah bless you Mike. You seem to be working hard for your God. Do not let this evil man get inside of you. I will keep you in prayers. 5 times a day. On my mat. Facing east

My My Mr. Trenary. Such persuasive and eloquent speech. I think the court records and police reports show what your real speech is! And to cuss in front of little children and ladies and those fine law enforcement officers! You ought to be taken to the wood shed and spanked with a hicory stick! You evil young man! If your speech with the poor Lindsey girl and the fine police mans you wouldn’t have gone to that cold jail cell. Oh my stars, I saw you walk by my house yesterday. You had a neck brace on and your arm was in a sling and you were muttering something. I hid behind my blinds and prayed for you you. I did not want to hear that filthy lucur come out of your mouth from that deceptive heart of yours. I know that fine officer who had to come out to arrest you. God bless that Mr. Gibbs. He is nearly a saint! My My he is a real man and loves God, you can just see it. I shouldn’t say this perhaps but what a awesome speciman for the male gender. If I were 60 years younger he would have to arrest me to keep me from following him and observing his beautiful smile! What a Godly stud of a man. Oh my, it is getting hot in my house. Wew…well I must go outside and prune my peonies before I have unnatural thoughts and desires. Wew (I didn’t know I could feel this way again) God help me…..I am burning up.

Mr. Wilson I understand. I read your letter again and apologize if my frankness was rude. I hve never known a man with earrings. I have heard that men who have earrings feel no pain.. It just scares me of a man who cannot feel pain. Pain we must feel to experience Gods love, grace, and mercy. May I ask something of you? I also heard that men with earrings pierce other body parts. Is that true? My My it hurts me to think where you my pierce your body. My my. Sweet Jesus help me with these thoughts. Mr. Wilson I am sure you are a descent Christian fella who loves my Jesus. God bless you sir. Your heart and sweet spirit illuminates our neighborhood. I saw you mowing a yard yesterday that was not yours. You are such a sweet sweet soul. In fact it was that brown house that that attorney owned. You even reach out for the unGodly! You sir are a saint as well. You and Mr. Gibbs will be on my prayer list for special favors. Yes, that is what I will pray. Special favors. And I want to bake you a chocolate cake! And banana nut bread. You are not allergic to nuts are you? I heard that men with earrings sometimes have high allergies.

  32. Mary, I love my Jesus as well. I live three blocks away up on ash and heard the screams too. I thought the chickens were fighting in the front yard of that house on the corner. If it were at night I would be certain it was two cats mating. the brown house you talk about, is that where the film crew was at yesterday. I am confused. Chanel 9 was out this morning but at a house north of that house. I am glad this attorney is selling his house. I wish him well and hope he can get the proper anger management. I think we are similar in age. I was born in 32. Gosh, there are so many good lawyers out there. Why can they not kick the bad ones out. Let us stick together as a neighborhood and run this man and his two girlfriends out on a rail. I will be at his trial. looking at his pitcher, he reaks of pride and swollen ego. Gosh, I cannot wait to look him in his eye and see if he hits an old lady. I am ready to go home. Those poor poor young ladies. Why did the young woman on the news last night hide in the shadows instead of letting us see her eyes. I will never forget her voice. I had a bad dream last night and I am sure it is because of all this commotion. In my dream I was at disneyland. I was on one of those roller coaster contraptions. All I could see was Mickey Mouse smiling at me and I heard that young womans voice piercing my ears. She/he kept increasing the speed of that wicked machine I was on. I flew off the coaster and landed in my seet Jesus’ arms. Jesus told me never to take a walk on Mansur again. He said I must flee from evil. If I walk down past the brown house I would have to ride a worse ride at Six Flags. Thank you sweet Jesus! I hear you and will obey.

    • mike wilson :
well i dont have a pole in my eye and i do pray for this neighborhood and apparently hes(God) listening because it s getting cleaned up as we speak, i live here and yes their are alot of drugs around, were are they not anymore! ya know all i can say to you is sometimes you get so amured with the candy you wont taste the poison till its to late, do not worry about me i know God and i KNOW were im going. all who know me here know im the first to help out anyone with anything and sometimes to honest respect is earned , its not a given. everyone live well and remember if you cry wolf to often he will have you for lunch sometime…to all a good night and dont worry im not going to say anything more, after tonight i wash my hands of this whole hillbilly mess.

Actually, Irene, He does not own either of those homes…he was just renting…and I believe the block will be better now…you’ll probably just hear the chickens…:)

  33. I am best friend’s with a young lady that Mr. Trenary used to be involved with and from what I know of that relationship, I can say that I believe whole-heartedly the allegations against Mr. Trenary regarding Ms. Young. Ms. Young, I urge you to get away from him. He is a dangerous man. He has issues with his rage and he isn’t going to change. Ms. Young, you deserve better. It saddens me to see that he has manipulated you in this way.

    • This lindsay girl and alisha are not responding to christians and the truth of the Lord. Mr tranery is obviously not walking in gospel truth. If he had this many incidences in the past why dont we gather this information and present it at his trial? This is not a christian thing ad much as a common since thing. Lindsay, Alisha : FLEE, RUN! How stupid does one have to be to stay around such a loser? Since you dont believe God is speaking, perhaps you will listen to a wise old lady. RUN. Like your life depended on it. It does. If you stay around this fool and if he is a fantastic man just under stress, then why are you all on tv, poor, on drugs, losing homes and miserable. You are reaping a lifestyle of hell. Even if its just here on earth. Sounds like Charlie gotta out of jail and the Manson family is regrouping to me. What a sick existence.

      • Irene, Alisha never has dated him. She was only his friend and trying to help out. Lindsey is making a lot of stuff up about her. Alisha is a Christian young lady that is why she didn’t say anything negative about him.

        • But, I heard from several trusted sources she was. Not from Lindsay. I wouldn’t trust Lindsey and especially Mr. Tranery any further than I could throw them. They are suited for each other. Alisha shouldnt even friend them. But, i am not sure who you are but I am certain they “dated”. If thats what they call it nowadays.

He must have went to OU Law. They’ll give a degree to anyone…

    • to amused attorney……Does OU Law teach attorneys to take money from families of persons that have been given a court appointed attorney(Jay Trenary) so he can quote “Do a better job for you” but never tell the courts and get money from OIDS and defendants!!!!!

      • Amused Attorney | April 10, 2012 at 3:07 pm | Reply

Sounds like you were taken advantage of. There should be a statewide grievance committee where you can file a complaint. I hope for your sake that you paid with a check and not with cash so you have a record of the transaction. Also, there is a statute of limitations (a limited period of time) allowed for you to file a grievance against him. That is… if what you say is actually true. I honestly hope not; however, there are always an occasional bad-egg.

  35. I have met Mr. Trenary, the man does not believe in God, he is a self proclaimed Buddhist. This is not the first time he has laid his hands on a woman. If you ask me he has serious issues.,.. and yes Mr. Trenary has a drug problem, whom ever the DA is in that case should request a drug test, there has to be some reason why he was acting so irratically, if not drugs then maybe they should ask for a psych evaluation. I have know doubt that he was ranting and raving on about his rights, when in a prior statement of Mr. Trenary’s, quote “Re: What if we get arrested?
    by JET » October 11th, 2011, 4:46 am

If arrested, cooperate fully with the police.

Make no statement. Do not try to talk yourself out of it. Say nothing other than your name, DOB, & SSN. Then politely advise the police that you would like to speak to your ATTORNEY before making any further statement. They should IMMEDIATELY stop questioning you. If they continue to talk to you, repeat this information. Do not be rude (even if they are). This will serve you in no way.

As I have said in the GA’s: Stop exercising your 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech and start exercising your 5th Amendment right to remain silent. ”

maybe he should have taken his own advise. If I am not mistaken that statment was made after the first time he was arrested for striking his girl friend. I want to say I feel sorry for the embarrassment this may cause his family, I am sure they are proud of the way he carries the Trenary name!

    • Amused Attorney | April 10, 2012 at 3:18 pm | Reply

Whether he believes in God should have no impact on the situation. Has nobody caught the fact that he was arrested on his birthday? He was most likely intoxicated… and Lord knows that his nectar does make some of us act irrationally from time-to-time.

And wasn’t it Jesus who said “let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.” Before you cast judgment you should take a look at yourself. A true follower of God’s word would feel compassion; however, more times than not, it’s the devoted bible-thumper who is first to point a finger and demand persecution. Stop being a hypocrite.

      • Amused Attorney. Does having a birthday mean a person needs to be intoxicated? Jesus said a lot of things. Taking scripture out of context would be I guess normal for a non-believer or an attorney. Jesus also said “Have no fellowship with Darkness”, “A bad tree cannot produce good fruit”, “You will know a man by his works”, “It is proper to judge those who call themselves brothers in Christ, we just cannot judge outside the church” (read 1 cor chapter 5). “The wisdom of man is foolishness to God”. “Only a fool does not believe God exists”, “It is harder for an attorney to enter the kingdom of heaven than it is for an OU law grad to find gainful employment” 1rst Book of Opinions 3:1

    • I have met Mr Trenary before, he really needs a mental evaluation!

  36. I am by no means a bible thumper as you put it, and I have my faith. you are absolutely right, this has nothing to do with God. This has to do with the fact that he is a Lawyer who should have known better, this has to do with the fact that this is the second time he has been arrested, this has to do with the fact that he obstructed an officer and because he is a “Lawyer” he thinks the law does not apply to him. Day in and day out he represents the same people that he has become, if anything at all he should learn from the people he represents. This man used to be an ADA and worked in the Attorney General’s office. He should be ashamed of himself. Maybe he got just a little cocky thinking he could get away with what he has done. Birthday or not he should have taken his own advice and contacted a lawyer.

  37. @ amused attorney…….no ck but plenty of proof…..voice recorded and written……it is a sad thing……..but being handled by OBA and ODIS…………@ Samantha and everyone trying to judge this man……The bible say “Judge not that ye be not judged”…….only God has that right…….also haven’t you
heard the saying….the higher the status attained the harder the fall….

  38. This man will go to court and he will sit in front of a jury if he desides he needs a jury trial, apparently he requested one, he will be judged not by God but by his peers, and if the DA can find all of his ex’s this man will most likely spend some times behind bars. He needs help, lots of help. I am saying he should practice what he preaches, he made a scene, he disrupted the peace, this is not the first time. He has an anger problem and this hasn’t just arisen, this has been going on for a long time. I made it clear that I am pulling God out of this, we have all done things. There is proof out there that he needs anger managment, I just hope he gets it before it is to late and seriously hurts someone else.

  39. mohammad Uballah | April 11, 2012 at 10:08 am | Reply

    Ms. Ruth and others,

Should we tell the jury they cannot make a judgement? We might as well let this man free with the rest of the criminals. (since we are not to judge). I am not a Christian but am floored at how little Christians know of their Word or God. I say send this man to jail, strip him of his clothes, and see how many inmates either fall dead of laughter or fall in love and kill themselves fighting over mating rights with the new girl in the “block”. They would put him in PC for being a fool, hitting women, and being a loud mouth. (they wouldn’t fret over his having been an attorney. inaffective attorneys in jail just go hungry because they end up giving their food away for protection.) Might help his weight problem.

    • I agree! Of course he if he goes to jail or prison, then there will be hundreds of frivolous lawsuits holding up the Supreme Courts. Let a group of battered woman get a hold of him and call it good! Eye for an Eye I guess you could say!

  40. mohammad Uballah | April 11, 2012 at 4:38 pm | Reply

I believe he would be better off at Vinita mental institution. He would not survive in jail. He needs some real help until he can become stable (if that is to be). If not, his road will progress to where his destination is inevitable. Allah bless him.

  41. He absolutely needs help, he will hurt someone else. How many times can you be arrested for the same crime before they are disbarred? Geez you get three DUI’s you face prison time. Just saying.

  42. Read the arrest report on the oscn.net website. The officer noted the smell of marijuana when he tried to talk to Jay. Was a very interesting read to say the least.

  43. This whole thing just sickens me. The Jay Trenary I knew and loved didn’t have a violent bone in his body, nor would I ever have used the word “angry” to describe him. Egocentric yes, but very capable of great compassion. Though I have not come in contact with him in some time, the last time I did speak with him I knew something was wrong, very wrong. This is the second friend I have lost to marijuana… I hope and pray that it is still the only drug he is abusing.

Jay, please gain control of your life, deep inside you must know that the substance is controlling you.

  44. Mary Jenkins | April 12, 2012 at 4:08 am | Reply

Thank you mr. Jarred/////////what a saint you are.I went to the OSCN site and what a read! indeed……………..oh my, what a scary man! I think Ms. Alisha was afraid when on channel 4 she said Tranery was a fantastic guy. She was fearful, that poor little girl..And why did Alisha allow a man in her home to do those horrible drugs! Was she doing drugs to? My, I would reckon there is a whole lot more to this case than meet the eye. That poor officer Gibbs being treated so rudely. He is such a nice man. I am glad he didn’t get hurt. My, I have never!

  45. “JUST SAY NO!”……………..Mr. Trenary isn’t the first to lose everything to drugs. I heard he doesn’t have a house to live in other than his grandparents in Blackwheel, Ok. He’s lost it all. He has very very few pending cases. I would think after all his legal problems this year he would move elsewhere and start a new line of work. I spoke to a gentleman the other day at the coffee house that told me Mr. Trenary was twice verbally abusive to him and threatened him. So, these are misdemeanors. He will manipulate the system, get some deferred sentence and then seek out those that turned on him. (hopefully they will require random drug tests for his probation period, and, pschy evaluations. And anger management treatment). I too worked in a law office (as lindsay said she did) 30 years ago when most attorneys were real men. Ms. Lindsay, what law office do you run? …….Alisha and Lindsay should move and not leave a forwarding address (of course there will be a line of victim-minded women waiting to be “company” to this tyrant. The abuser’s and the abused like to hang together. It fulfills needs in both groups. My, how sick it must be. I am a woman and never understood why some women flock to such ungodliness. By his looks, there is nothing in this man that could fulfill any needs I have, and I am 86 years old. I am with Mrs. Jenkins; give me a man like that fine Mr. Gibbs! His wife must weep everytime he has to go to work! I would be washing his feet nightly. Oh my. I may go to Mary’s house, slap her in the face for being a year younger, call in the disturbance, and pray Mr. Gibbs comes out. Wowey……………

I am amazed that there are so many comments on this article yet the more recent article on the man that was accused of child pornography doesn’t have any comments. It seems to me most people would be more upset about a felony charge against children who really are innocent victims than charges against someone for domestic abuse and other misdemeanor charges.
As far as Jay losing his license I believe the bar association prefers to deal with people that are convicted of crimes than just people that are just charged with crimes. At this point Jay has only been charged and not convicted. Is anyone aware that there is a sitting judge in Oklahoma county that has in the past while serving as a judge plead to a misdemeanor driving under the influence charge yet he is still a sitting judge?
The one great thing about this great country is we are presumed innocent until proven guilty. It seems that Jay is exercising his constitutional rights and has requested a jury trial with 6 people deciding if he is guilty or not guilty. I am awfully glad that our country’s judicial system allows for a person to exercise this right instead of being convicted by public opinion.

    • Johnathon T. | April 14, 2012 at 4:32 pm | Reply

Because of his occupation – people presume ( falsely ) that his career choice somehow makes him automatically an upstanding individual – just as in Guthrie, many PRESUME that married people take their vows seriously and are faithful, but there are SO many SWINGERS in this community! Hypocrites – they are opening a can of ‘sexual perversion’ that could eventually lead to even worse sexually deviant behavior than they ever imagined! That should also bother you, Miss.

      • Christy, you are a hypocrite. You passed judgement on me via your Facebook page when I was in the news. You were not there! And even the other side said the news had it wrong. I have never been mean to you. I was nice to you and your son when he spent time at my home and sent you a sympathy note when he passed, yet you still judged me based on your friendship with my ex-husband. Even dedicating a song to him towards me. “Pray for You” and not in the good way. I doubt you know the REAL truth why we divorced. You post you don’t like mean people, yet you are. You claim to believe in innocent until proven guilty, but already condemned me. As a mother, and aunt who lost a 10year old nephew I still feel horrible for your loss and do pray some day you find peace. It’s sad because I actually held you in very high regard until your posts about me were brought to my attention.

    • Wendy I reviewed the court docket on your two felony charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon which are pretty serious charges. The discharge of a firearm in a public place could have resulted in a tragedy. As you know my son died from the results of negligence with a firearm so your case did catch my attention. I did and I still do wonder why anyone would take a loaded gun to a bar. You may very well be innocent and the wonderful part of our judicial system is you will have your day in court.

      • Wendy is charged with using a gun in a parking lot at a bar and firing into a crowd of people. People could have died! I find myself more outraged by her felony charges than a boring misdemeanor charge that is the result of a love triangle dispute… I know two of Wendy’s exes and they were both embarrassed and ashamed of the person she has become.

      • Christy, if you were curious, you could have contacted me to ask what happened. Cindy, I do not know you, nor do I care to anymore than I care what either of my exes thinks of me. They have plenty to be embarrassed and ashamed of for themselves. Since we have all moved on, I’ll leave it at that.

      • You say you have moved on and don’t care about your exes which is good.
Why did you come here and attack Christy??? something about what she posted months ago on facebook to one of your exes…
You don’t want to know me but if you continue your attacks on Christy…please be aware that I am very protective of her and anybody that disparages her…will know me and will be miserable for it.

Christy. Thats because Jay is still out of jail. The porn dude is locked up. Jay is guilty already He knows it and so many others do. Just because he hasn’t gone to trial yet means little. Why do people pay more attention to this story? That is easy. People despise bad attorneys like they do bad cops. Both have the ability to send innocent victims to jail on their very word. Happens daily. And, it isn’t innocent until proven guilty in this country, not really. Go to jail sometime and see what your rights are (unless you have MONEY. if not, you get a public pretender like Trenary to represent you). I have an idea Christy, go date Mr. Trenary…for just two weeks. In that time he will have a mood swing that will knock you into next week. Then tell us how innocent he is.

  48. Christy Barker | April 12, 2012 at 10:24 am | Reply

Mr. Stillwater I have respect for the judicial system that we have in our great country. While our judicial system has it’s flaws I do believe it is the best in the entire world. Public opinion is one thing but before Jay carries a guilty conviction he is either going to have to plea to the charges or be convicted by his peers. I have watched many jury trials and surprisingly most of the jury trials I have watched have led to an aquittal. Just yesterday a teacher from Coyle was aquitted on charges of messing with his students here in Logan county. So I think I will reserve my opinion on Mr. Trenary until evidence is presented in front of a jury and a jury of his peers makes that decision.
As far as dating Mr. Trenary I have no desire to date him nor anyone as I am a happily married woman.

  49. From the police report if looks like Mr. Trenary tried to attempt or act like he was going to kill himself in jail, hanging something from his bunk, if that doesn’t require a psych eval I don’t know what does. I to know Mr. Trenary and years ago he was a kind person or at least at face value he was, but you never know what goes on behind closed doors. I believe he seeks weeker woman out as a control issue. He knows due to his size and supposed stature with the law he can pray on woman. Sad sad sad. Jay you need to get help, before you lose everyone including your family. I know he has lost contact with serveral close members of his family. Taking your life or the life of another, eventually, is not the answer.

The police report shows us much. Either the police and many many witnesses are lying, or Mr. Trenary is lying. In the past 10 months he has 6 charges against him. What other secrets does the DA have that will lead to a conviction? Only Allah knows. If convicted, it is certain he will get a slap. Will he get the help he needs? Doubtful. His pride and enlarged ego is evident. I have a strong feeling he is not through until a much worse crime is perpetuated on the innocent he preys on. Just (exorcisng) my 1rst amendment rights! Wow, do I love this country!

More threats from Ms. Lindsay. There isn’t a civil rights attorney who would take this case. (especially from a broke client) There is no civil rights’ violation. And Lindsey, who do you think gave your number to Alisha? Are you that blind? Who is the common denominator? You girls both need debriefing and some form of demon deliverance. Lord, I bring this situation to you today. Lord, bring light into this situation and protect all involved from any further evil and any personal harm. In Jesus name! God bless you men and women of GPD and the city of Guthrie!!

    On Lindsays FB page:
“If Alisia LeClair and her buddy do not go down for using illegal drugs after I reported it to the GPD when I have WRITTEN EVIDENCE, then I am coming for you with a civil rights lawyer. This is insane! I have been put through the ringer when I have not brokena single law in years. Please help me! This crazy bitch has been stalking me for a year and I can’t get rid of her! Mr. Stillwater,
Lindsey is wanting to have Alisha “go down” for drug use when she won’t testify in court on the 24th for being beat by Mr. Trenary? That is just like a confused soul. Trenary will walk. Lindsey will be proved a liar. She told many that Mr. Trenary beat her. My my, is she a confused soul. Why do their escapades take up tax dollars and police and court time just to have Mr. Trendary leave the courtroom with his already large head swell to the size of (larger) watermellon. It isnt a wonder why he wears a neck brace. Poor fella. With a monglodial head he needs the support. His arm in a sling can be explained as well. He tripped getting out of his hippie bus….I heard him. He was yelling at the top of his lungs profanity and nasty talk. He was mumbling something about his mother and snow white and when will the tin man ever leave him alone. He also yelled “Kumbyah, death to Isreal, I want to look like Buddah! Buddah! Hare Krishna, Hare Hare Hare Krishna!” Lordy, when will this drama leave my neighborhood. It is strange, I thought I saw Mr. Wilson skipping down Broad today singing “I am woman” by Helen Ready. I remember that song. I used to sing that back in 75. My second husband hated my singing it. Poor man, he died a tragic accident when the car he was working on fell off the jack stands and smashed him like a roach. My high heels got stuck in the gas pedal when I was leaving for work one day and I had my 64 chevy nova in reverse instead of forward and it just smashed into the car he was working on. The last thing I could hear my poor husband say was “I will see you in hell”. I miss him.

      • Mrs Jenkins… are you well? Forgive me, but making fun of mongoloids… and talking about killing your husband by accident doesn’t sound much less bizarre than Jay falling out of a hippie van demanding the annihilation of Yisrael shel Zahav….The whole situation is extremely unfortunate.

        • Oh yes miss Heidi. I am well, my daughter Berta showed me recently how to use this new laptop to speak out my opinion and knowledge I have gained the past 85 years. I still drive my 64 nova and still go to the nursing home to visit the old folks there. I have a large garden I wirk by hand. I give the vegtables away to feed the hungry. My daddy taught me to always serve others first. I walk 6 miles a day too. My right foot swells some due to it having been broke two years back when I fell off a motorcycle but other than that and my prosthetic left leg, I am well. Thank you for your kindness in asking. I know you must be a servant too; i was not bragging on my 2nd husbands accident, just merely recalling the horror of it, after I heard the song Mr Wilson was singing As far as Mr Trendary, he knows the evil he is doing to those young ladies and will not repent. I saw, what I thought was him, on the street corner the other day, just smiling and waving at cars. His eyes were staring off into oblivion. My my.

I meant no disrespect, thank you for not taking my comment the wrong way 🙂 I wish I lived closer to you so that I could hear all about the things you have experienced over the last 85 years. My family is all back east… and I miss my grandparents (who are your same age) very much. I’ve been praying that your neighbourhood there will settle down and all would have some peace.

Oh miss Heidi. How I wish you were on my front poach, sipping tea with me, and enjoying the soothing southern breeze. The smell of peonies lift my spirit. The touch of my Mesiah soothes my soul. The Gentle voice of Jesus messages my heart….. Wow
Our neighborhood will quieten soon. After Mr Trendary gets through his court battles by deception, he will walk away. I believe he will leave the state and start over someplace else. He has embarassed his family and friends with his addictions and ungodliness. I do not believe he needs pschyiatric help as much as deliversnce to get the demons to flee his body. He states to many he is a buddist. So doubt he will receive much mercy from our loving Savior. He chose who he wants to serve. I predict he will move on, will get into much worse trouble with the law due to addictions, and will eventually end up like my 4th husband. Milton went to my church one day during service to yank me away from a sunday dinner. He slapped me on my right cheek and cussed at me. As he was getting ready to me again, i pushed myself away from me. He tripped and fell backward into the path of one those skateboard riders traveling at a high speed. The impact threw him outward into a lovely rosebush. No one knew there was a surveyors stake inside that bush. The stake went through his temple and killed him instantly. We wept at that aweful sight. The young skateboarder felt guilty and I tried to tell him God smote my husband. I never knew what happened to that young man.

    Mike,
I was a bit devilish talking about your skipping. My children say I have such a devious sense of humor! The stories are real about my life. There has been some tragic death with a few of my husbands…they really are not strange things, just life sir. Is jill your wife? I live a few blocks away from you and do notice your yard looks lovely. I love the touch of lime green you painted on your porch. And I like the lovely flowers you planted. I was at stables the other day and was telling the horrible story of Mr. Trendary to everyone who would listen. I spoke to a man in there who was writing a book who overheard my conversation. He said he had seen Mr. Trendary being taken from the hospital and that it was a horrible sight. He was screaming at the officers and yelling and cursing. He started bawling and crying and rocking back and forth! My my, he was even beligerent. In fact he kicked his legs in a tangent and cried out mommy help me. This is firsthand information! How can a man so violent turn into a complete woman with real men like Mr. Gibbs around him? I have got to put my leg on and head to the doctors office. I have broken out with the worst sores over parts of my body. They are not pleasant. Full of so much infection. I try to drain the ones I can get to but after the yellow puss comes out the bleeding is hard to stop. Pray for me, it is such and ugly site. And the smell is horrible, like rotten toe jam….I must go, God bless you Mike and Ms Jill. Oh, I will make you a batch of homemade banana nut bread soon. I hand knead mix the ingrediants. It gives that grandmothers touch that tastes so good!

To Mary, Mr. Wilson, Christy, and really the rest of you. I think you are all freakin nuts. I was at that restaurant (which is overpiced crap) when I heard the fat lasy singing her song. I went to this story just curious of if this story is real. If the jay boy really hit a woman, she probably deserved it. that is the way I feel. Why can’t we hit women. I have been with several who hit me first so i hit them in the face back. guess what. they never hit me again. i say and eye for and eye. and all your god talk makes me sick. you really believe in a being out there that knows evrything and can see everything at once? ha. you sick f***s would believe anything. I never want to go to that town again. I live in south oklahoma city and there are gunshots every day but it isnt as shitty as your little screwed up old fat gay lady town. i must have saw 5 or more fat old ladys who i know were gay. that is sick shit. reading thru all these comments seems like a back movie or book. in fact it should prbably be a book. to children to never be like you old f***s. I hope i die before i get your ages. 85 and a wooden leg? really. i dont believe you ride a motorcycle and believe your 5 husbands killed themseleeves because you are so ugly. and mike and jill, you sound like a pair. i would bet my last welfare check that mike is gay and ugly. two earings is gay. christy, you are not innocenmt. you are self rightous and probably fat. loose some weight and maybe you will get laid. maybe. but that probebly wont work. lindsay come let me hit on you. if you like it so much. and your boyfriend. really. he swings both ways. look at him. he is a punk. that you can see in that shit eaten grin. you guys rot away with your sore. you get all you deserve. piss on you.

  57. hay there hosey, you a very funny man? guess it wouldnt take long for a ? like you to come on and talk about older folks like you do, i guess your mom would be happy with what you are saying about them seeing how a woman gave you life! and if the god talk makes you sick its working because you commented on it , by the way hosy i served my country and love old ladies and sokc is were you should probably stay anyway, and dont bet your last welfare check because you probably need to buy groceries for your kids and wife , probably got it through fraud anyway., and you must like the big ones seeing how you sure were lookin at em.gun shots are ok some of us who served our country were loseing limbs
and life so you could live in a country like this and if you hate it so bad go and quit lookin at old ladies man !!!

  58. oh ya im not going to be reading this post anymore because ive got better things to do and i hope the best for you Mary and jill and i are praying for you and have a speedy recovery. come and visit some time. and i am sorry if i hurt or made remarks to anyone that didnt have it comming ! whew saved myself alot of sorrys their, and i hear this site is being watched by the gpd for further investigation purposes so be carefull what we say.. and regards to my brothers in the millitary praying for your safety as you give your lives for our safety…..

I don’t know if it (jose) is even real, I checked several avenues just for curiosity sake and could not find it. A little food for thought though mr. velenta, those women you are speaking of likely have husband’s, father’s, boy friend’s and the like who are very likely a lot harder to handle than they (the girls) may be. As I stated “Food for thought”. Hope I have spelled it out in a manner it can understand.

  60. Cindy Jurina :You say you have moved on and don’t care about your exes which is good. Why did you come here and attack Christy??? something about what she posted months ago on facebook to one of your exes…You don’t want to know me but if you continue your attacks on Christy…please be aware that I am very protective of her and anybody that disparages her…will know me and will be miserable for it.

Christy, You said what you said about me and I said what I said to you. As I see it, if you can give an opinion, you should be ready to take one. I did discuss this with my son Matt. He asked me to leave it alone because he liked you and misses your son as a friend. I will respect his wishes and the friendship they had.

Cindy, your internet threats are as meaningless to me as you are. If I were still in Jr. High, I might be concerned. Post all you want, I’m done.

  61. Based on the facts in these comments, by people who know them and have observed their behavior, it looks to me like both parties are as close as they have ever been, in proving that drugs, and, or alcohol, are not working to well for either. Looks to me like each of them is creating their own problems based on the idea that the other one is wrong. I’m no marriage counselor, nor am I a drug counselor, nor am I an attorney, but from the perspective of a person, who doesn’t even know these people, and just stumbled onto this public article, If this legally educated young man would stop trying to defend his own case, throw himself on the mercy of the court, and seek help for substance abuse in a reputable treatment center, he might smell a little better in the community, as well as at home. If he can’t admit that nothing in his life will change until he stops trying to control everything in his life, and he needs help with his erroneous ideas, that his problems are always someone else’s fault, then throw the book at him. When being arrested, ”Just climb in the car, man.”. He may have suffered a bruise here and there, but it sure sounds like trumping his so called injuries. Before taking legal action against anyone, He needs to ask himself ”WHAT WOULD PERRY MASON DO?” I really want to applaud the Guthrie Policemen, who made the arrest, for showing the restraint that they did. It had to have have been difficult, for them, to bring a person under control, who was as out of control as it sounds like this man was. It pleases me, as a citizen, to know that our laws, as they pertain to things of this nature, are not capricious. I will be watching this case, as it goes along, to see how our local court handles it. Very interesting, My advice: Take the phony bandages off, go to work, get you an attorney better than yourself, don’t drag a self destructive Kangaroo into the fine local legal system, of Guthrie, and above all else, Seek help for your substance problems. The community could probably use another honest attorney, when you get back. Oh! and as far as the girlfriend goes, ask her to leave. She may become willing to do something about her situation if you stop supporting it. Who knows, she might be willing to help herself, and you both may live long enough to have a house full of kids. If so, you need to pray their not like you’ve been, up until this point. Now I’ve got to empty the trash. IT’S MY GOAL AROUND HERE, AND I LOVE MY WIFE.

  62. Well said! The outcome is easy to see if one knows the legal system and the local judge. Jay will walk. He will parade through the town to show he won. His head will swell. His pride will soar. He will walk that way and still abuse the women in his life and his own body. He will eventually do something worthy of being disbarred. He will then become a jailhouse kawyer. Lindsey will disappear. Alisha will continue her life with several cats and multiple personslities. And life will go on with or without them. The legal system will be much better off without an agent of the court like trendary. His kind bring a foul smell to the courts and dirties the thoughts of all who enter them.

    • Well said back, It seems there are (2) of us in Guthrie, anyway. I would imagine more, but they won’t speak from beneath the surface.

      • Mary Jenkins | April 23, 2012 at 1:51 pm | Reply

Beneath the surface is correct. Such darkness in this one little town. Why two women are willing to be physically and mentally and spiritually abused at the hand of such a man is beyond me. My my. He sure doesnt look like he is a real man in any sense of the word. I would even guess he has infantile penis syndrome. It causes men to have so much rage and anger. Yes maam. Little penile rage (lpr) I think it is called. Does mr trendary have two earrings like mr wilson? LPR is a serious illness and can result in frustrational errection disorder and a build up of testosterone which eventually ends up with death.

  63. I don’t know these people, or any of you. I just stumbled upon this article & found the comments quite oddly, entertaining. This all sounds like some one created a bunch of different accounts and made a whole drama feast outta this. If you read some of this, its all in character form. Someone created several different characters and had some fun with this. you can tell on some of them using the same slang words and punctuation. My guess someone likes to act out different roles. This doesn’t even look real.

  64. It’s going to be end of mine day, however before ending I am reading this impressive article to improve my know-how.

  65. has anyone heard from mary jenkins, i havent bein on this site for awhile. i was just wounderin knowing how much her life has bein in a spin and she has bein dealiing with her soars and all, i know how bad those puss problems can be, my dad had the same problem, well mary if your out their drop me a line
