Update 4:15 a.m. Friday, July 18 — The Amber Alert for Olivia Smith, 5, has been canceled. She was found in Seminole, Texas.
There are not many details at this time except Olivia is safe and the two suspects are in police custody.
More details as they become available.
Update 11:55 p.m. Thursday, July 17 — Authorities are now reinstating the first vehicle of interest in the Olivia Smith Amber Alert. That vehicle is described as a dark gray Nissan Murano SUV with an unknown Texas plate.
The second vehicle in the investigation was found at the suspects home in The Woodlands, TX, but the suspects and child were not found in the area.

AMBER ALERT – An Amber Alert has been issued for an infant who was abducted near Cashion Thursday afternoon. Authorities are looking for 5-month-old Olivia Smith.
At about 12:15 p.m., Smith was abducted by 47-year-old Cindy Finley, a white female, at 30773 N. 2976 Road in Cashion. Smith was wearing a long sleeve, pink, floral shirt.
The suspect was driving a black or brown Hyundai Santa Fe with a Texas license plate bearing BYZ3364. However, that vehicle as been spotted in The Woodlands, Tx (a Houston suburb).
It’s unknown at this time what vehicle they may be traveling in, but was last seen in the Oklahoma panhandle near the town of Elmwood. It is believed she may be heading to Salt Lake City, Utah where she has family ties.
The suspect is accompanied by another woman, 43-year-old, white female Jennifer Skousen.
Finley, who has been reported as Olivia’s great aunt, is reported to have a mental condition, and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days.
The suspect, 47-year-old Cindy Findley, was driving a dark gray, newer model, Nissan Murano SUV with a Texas license plate.
