An arrest has been in the Guthrie homicide that took place last week. 24-year-old Joseph William Angelo was shot 36 times and later died at a Oklahoma City hospital.
After several search warrants on residences, Reggie Dewayne Smith, 37, (pictured above) was arrested and sits in the Logan County jail. He was taken into the jail on an outstanding warrant on an unrelated case.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations special agents informed Smith a first degree murder warrant was issued for him.
A second suspect, Derrick Eugene Smith, 25, (pictured below) is believed to be on the run. Officials tell Guthrie News Page he is armed and dangerous. OSBI says a first degree murder warrant has been issued for him.
The two suspects are cousins.
Currently, OSBI, Oklahoma City Police Department and U.S. Marshalls are searching to bring Derrick Smith into custody.

Officials would not say if they were the shooters or not, but it is believed more suspects and warrants will be made in the case.
The affidavit has been sealed by a judge due to the ongoing investigation.
