Bond is set at $100,000 for two charges, including burglary in the first degree and aggravated assault and battery.

Tucker, who has a history of felony and misdemeanor charges dating back to 2004, is scheduled to be in court on Thursday in a separate case. He is charged with public intoxication and placing bodily fluids on a police officer.

In 2005, Tucker pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree of an automobile. In 2007, Tucker pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree (a Guthrie convenience store). Last August, he pleaded guilty to assault and battery following a prior conviction. Soon after he pleaded guilty to domestic assault by strangulation and kidnapping. He was sentenced to 20 years (Aug. 7, 2015) with all that time to be suspended upon good behavior.

Taylor, 33, was placed in a medical induced coma at OU Medical Center on Sunday following some sort of altercation inside a mobile home in the 2500 block of Ray Place.

According to family members on Tuesday morning, Taylor remains in the coma and continues to depend on machines to help him breathe.

  1. Sounds more like attempted murder if the guy’s in a coma and may not make it, but you know Logan County. They’re the kingpins of understatement.

  2. No it was not attempted murder. Do you even know either one of these young man? Do you know what led up to the incident? I truly hate hear of this incident. And my prayers goes strongly for both of them. I know Tommy and I’m sure wherever he is he’s praying for Tony as well. Them 2 was raised together all their life and was good friends. And their parents grew up together and was good friends. . What people really need to do is pray for the both of them not judge and make accusations. Judgment day will be when everyone meets the making. And only one man shall have the power to judge us all. Thank you and God bless, oh and Tommy is my son. And these ppl flapping there gum’s at something they have no ideal of the full situation prayers go to You as well.

  3. Terrie, your son sounds like a real sweetheart! Maybe if you stopped defending him, and held him accountable, he’d be a decent human being.

  4. Well Laura, I never once said he was totally innocent. if you would read what I was saying instead of what you wanted to see then you would have seen that the whole story was not told. No it was not right what he did but all in the same sence he is not the only one to blame. And simply was explaining thou shalt not judge. But instead pray. So yes I will stand up for him when I see ppl judging him that don’t even know him or the whole situation. He is my son, I love him unconditionally, and pray for the both of them. Can you honestly tell me if the shoe was on the other foot you wouldn’t stand up and say anything and that you will agree of ppl judging? If I will pray for you and your child as well. Well I have put this in the Lord’s hands. I will sign off on this note with this been said and done.

  5. This is awful and the man should have been put behind bars and key thrown away along time ago. Prayers that he is found and locked up because obviously he has a history that will continue if not. Prayers for the young man that is now in a coma because of someone that shouldn’t have been walking the streets anyway. And to his mother u should love ur son unconditionally but there isn’t a reason on God’s green earth for any person to behave the way he has or have a rap sheet like his and continues to walk freely!!!!

  6. Wow! I wonder if the domestic abuse by strangulation and car theft was just a big flike too. Get real and call it like it is…violent criminal behavior.

  7. I don’t KNOW the whole story and as a mother myself I know how you want tto protect your child but I also know what its like to lose a child. Hopefully that family whos son is in the hosiptal never has to face and feel that but how would you HONESTLY feel if it was your son who was in hoisptal. You may say the same way but it would be bull. He should of been in prison before this could happen. Thats the justice system fault. But I pray for all the family members and the boy in hospital. Im sure it had something to do with alchol or drugs for a childhood friend to turn on him like that. May God be with you all and prayers being sent to man in hospital.
