BOE approves calendar for 2024-25 Guthrie school year

Guthrie Public Schools will begin the 2024-2025 school year on August 15, 2024, and is scheduled to end on May 22, 2025.

Teachers will return from summer vacation to their classrooms on August 12.

Here are some of the highlights of the school calendar.

• September 2 — Labor Day
• October 11 — Homecoming (2:10 p.m. dismissal)
• October 17-18 — Fall Break
• November 25-29 — Thanksgiving Break
• December 23 – January 3 — Winter Break
• March 17-21 — Spring Break
• April 11 and 18 — Make Up Days (if needed)
