The third annual Logan County Open took place on Friday, June 8th at the Guthrie Country Club.
The successful tournament hosted 9 teams and 14 sponsorships and raising $3701 toward the upcoming United Way campaign, which funds 11 different Logan County agency programs.
“We’re grateful to our sponsors and players for helping make it a great day,” an United Way spokesperson said.
First place went to the Ash Street Place team (pictured above) of Josh Chappell, Jacob Chappell, Brent Hodge and Jaden Chappell.
Along with the team win, Hodge (pictured below) was the winner of the sunglasses for the closest to the pin competition.
Second place was the Edward Jones team (pictured below) of David Hallock, Mike Sikes, Linda Miller and George Lynch.
