Have you ever wanted to be “A Star”? Well, now is your chance.

The Okie Noodling Invitational Championship and documentary films will be taping 10 episodes at the Rock-A-Way Tavern.

Session One Photo Gallery

The episodes will be filmed starting at 4 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in July, including one Sunday (29th), beginning Tuesday, July 10.

The episodes will be used for the second season of the series Mudcats and airs on the History Channel.

In Mudcats, a great cast made up of the best hand-fishermen in Oklahoma competes to see who is the best “mudcatter” among them.

The events will be family friendly, so the Rock-A-Way encourages everyone to come on out for each taping so that Guthrie will be well represented on the program.

There will be live music, food, and lots of fun, as each competitor brings in their catch for the weigh-in. So bring your noodle out and have a blast with them.
