Up for sale on an online auction is the former printed newspaper building located at 107 W. Harrison in the heart of downtown Guthrie.

This property consists of retail and warehouse space on the first floor with four renovated loft apartments above for a total of 11,100 sq ft. 

The building was originally constructed in 1891.

Bray Auctions, in Edmond, is hosting the online auction.

The highest bid — as of Monday morning — was at $205,000.

This online auction is available for bidding now and will begin to close on Dec 27 at 1 p.m. There will be two open houses prior to the auction closing on Sunday Dec. 19th and Sunday Dec. 26th from 2 — 4 p.m.
