Two people were sent to Oklahoma City hospitals Monday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash.
Guthrie EMS, Logan County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to S. Broadway and W. Seward Road at 12:09 p.m.
According to OHP troopers, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler driven by 49-year-old Mary C. Becker, of Guthrie, collided with a 2019 Hyundai driven by Robin L. Marshall, 60, of Edmond.
A collision report shows Becker was driving northbound and Marshall southbound when Becker departed the lane left of center and struck Marshall’s vehicle head-on.
Becker was ejected approximately 10 feet.
She was transported to OU Medical Center and admitted in fair condition with arm and trunk internal injuries. Marshall was transported to Integris Medical Center and admitted in fair condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
Troopers label the condition of Becker as “odor of alcohol” and the cause of the collision as “DUI.”
Broadway was blocked for several minutes, while crews worked the scene.
