Early voting begins June 11 in Logan County

Early voting begins Thursday, June 11, for voters in Logan County.

Voters unable to make it to the polls on Election Day will have the opportunity to cast their ballots early at the Logan County Election Board.

Logan County Election Board Secretary Sheleen Winscott said early voting is open to all registered voters and no excuse is required.

“You do not need to provide an excuse to vote early,” Winscott said. “Oklahoma allows early voting for all elections conducted by the County Election Board—from school board and municipal elections to state and federal elections. This is a great option for those who will be out of town on Election Day or who want to avoid long lines.”

Early voting dates and times are:
• Thursday, June 11 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday, June 12 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, June 13 — 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Early voting will take place at the Logan County Election Board Early Voting Area, located at 219 S. Broad St. in Guthrie.

Officials remind voters that early voting is only available at the Election Board office and not at regular polling locations.

For additional information, voters can contact the Logan County Election Board at 405-282-1900 or email logancounty@elections.ok.gov.
