Logan County voters looking to cast their ballots ahead of the November 3 General Election will have four opportunities to vote early beginning Wednesday, October 28.
The Logan County Election Board announced that early voting will take place Wednesday through Saturday, October 28–31, at the Logan County Election Board’s designated early voting location at 219 S. Broad St. in Guthrie.
Early voting is available to all registered voters in Logan County, and no special reason or excuse is required to participate.
“You do not need to provide an excuse to vote early. Oklahoma allows early voting for all elections conducted by the County Election Board—from school board and municipal elections to state and federal elections. This is a great option for those who will be out of town on Election Day or who want to avoid long lines,” Logan County Election Board Secretary Sheleen Winscott said.
Voters may cast their ballots during the following hours:
- Wednesday, October 28: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, October 29: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, October 30: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, October 31: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All early voting will take place at the Logan County Election Board Early Voting Area, located at 219 S. Broad St. in Guthrie.
Winscott reminds residents that early voting is not available at their regular Election Day polling locations. Those locations will be open on Tuesday, November 3, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Voters are encouraged to review their sample ballots and confirm their voter registration information before heading to the polls.
Sample ballots and voter information are available through the Oklahoma State Election Board’s OK Voter Portal at https://oklahoma.gov/elections/ovp.
Voters should also bring an approved form of identification when casting their ballots.
