A Guthrie police officer, who also serves as a member of the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested an Edmond man this morning after a two-month-long investigation into solicitation for sex with minors on Craigslist.

The task force member arrested Michael Dean Osburn, 42, when he traveled to Guthrie believing he was meeting a 15-year-old boy for sex.

Osburn was arrested in the 200 block of Woodlawn Drive in Guthrie and booked into the Logan County Jail on a complaint of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act and solicitation of sexual conduct of a minor with the use of technology.
