Elijah Johnston awarded prestigious scholarships

In a remarkable achievement, Elijah Johnston, the starting center for the Guthrie Bluejays for the past two years and the Guthrie JROTC Battalion Commander, has been awarded a full-ride scholarship to Oklahoma State University valued at $139,055 from the ARMY National Guard. In addition, he has received an extra $50,000 from the ROTC, along with further scholarships from the VFW and the Air Warrior Courage Foundation.
