Thunderstorms rolled through the Guthrie area late Monday evening dumping almost an inch of rain. Guthrie collected the second highest amount in the state.
The official rain amount measured .93 of an inch in just over 60 minutes. Only El Reno had a higher reading with 1.13 inches, according to the Mesonet.
The storm brought light to mild winds with a maximum gust of 27 m.p.h.
So far in 2016, Guthrie has received a total of 1.37 inches. Last year, Guthrie collected 46.95 inches of rainfall.
