June 8: Art Show
Kicking off the festivities on June 8 is an art show featuring local artists. June 15: The Learning Circus
On June 15, Christopher Pollard at Pollard’s Gentlemen’s Jerky and Grocery sponsors The Learning Circus from 4 – 8 p.m. This whimsical event will bring jugglers, mimes, and other carnival-style activities to The Shoppes, creating a magical atmosphere for children and adults alike. It promises to be an afternoon of laughter and amazement, perfect for family bonding.
June 22: Games and Petting Zoo
The fun continues on June 22 with an event sponsored by St. Mary’s Academy. This day will be filled with various games and a delightful petting zoo. Children will have the chance to interact with friendly animals and participate in entertaining games, making it a memorable experience for the entire family. The event takes place from 4 – 8 p.m.
June 29: Freedom Celebration
Concluding the series on June 29 from 4 -8 p.m. will be the Freedom Celebration, an event honoring military personnel and first responders. This patriotic celebration will feature free hot dogs and apple pie, and both Vance Air Force Base and Tinker are participating in the festivities. It’s a wonderful occasion to show appreciation for those who serve and protect our country.
Helping to highlight the event will be live music.
