A fourth person agreed to plead guilty in the death of a Guthrie man in 2010.

Midiyuana Huber, 22 of Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty to three counts on August 3, including first degree murder, first degree robbery and kidnapping for the murder of Charles “Randy” Dutton.

Huber was sentenced to 45 years in the Department of Corrections with the last 15 years to be suspended for each count. The sentences will run concurrently. In addition, Huber will pay court and incarceration fee’s.

Dutton, who lived west of Guthrie, was found dead July 31, 2010 in far southeast Oklahoma City after his cousin notified authorities about him missing after he went inside his home and saw large pools of blood.

Dutton, 54, had received a reported $55,000 settlement from an injury he suffered at work. Family members said the group, who claimed to be Dutton’s friends, knew about the settlement and wanted the money.

Huber joins L.C. Butch Baker, Christy Rogers and Donald Elliott to have pleaded guilty to the crime.

Baker, 36 of Oklahoma City, was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole this past March on five counts, including first degree murder. He avoided the possibility of the death penalty.

In July, Elliott, 26, and Rogers, 30, both of Amber, pleaded guilty. Both were sentenced to 40 years in prison with the final 15 years to be suspended.

  1. the sentencing the four of them got is no where near enough, they took my dad away from me. i will never beable to hug or kiss my dad again. my children are with out a grandpa. i hope this haunts them for the rest of their lives, but i highly doubt that. my life will never again be the same. r.i.p dad i love you

  2. The hurt that these losers have caused is unbareable to many and they have changed so many peoples lifes by the choice they made. The family and daughters of this man will never be the same due to the actions of these 4 people who took Randy’s life for a few dollars. I hope u all get what u deserve in prison.

  3. they all four should of gotten the death penalty and should not of been placed on death row for many many years to come while they tried to get of it.
they didn’t give Randy the option to live, they took him from his family and friends, they shouldn’t have the option either. we need to go back to the Bible, eye for an eye., then maybe we wouldnt have so many murderers wasting our tax dollars and living the option of living.
